How to access your Digital Workbook
Right after being installed and opened, the application will display 3 options: request CPTS, Sign in and FAQ.
When you have your first access to the app, you must click on “Login” and provide your registration on the Cidadão.br platform, which belongs to DATAPREV, which is also used to make appointments at the INSS.
How to register at Cidadão.br
For the employee to create a profile and be able to use his Digital Work Card, follow the instructions below:
- Access Cidadão.br;
- Insert the date of birth, cell phone number, first and last name and CPF;
- Click on “next”, it is necessary to register a password and this login is requested in the CTPS Digital application.
Important! Before proceeding, you will need your CPF Number and create an account on the MinistériodaEconomia.gov.br website
- As soon as you enter, the screens that will be indicated below will appear only in the first access
- Soon after, the screen with the “Login” button will appear.
- If you have pressed “Entrar” on the suggested screens, you will need to enter your CPF, who has already completed the registration at “acesso.gov.br”, “Sine Fácil” or “Meu INSS”, and will only need to enter their CPF, go to next, continue, enter your password, authorize the privacy terms and that's it.
- If you have not registered, it will be mandatory to go to “Create your account” and follow the steps requested on the screens below.
- After completing the password creation procedure on the acesso.gov.br website, access the app again and enter your “CPF” and registered password, and continue by going to “Login”.
- Later, you will enter the screens of the Digital Employment Card, the main screen containing the last 3 movements of your last contract, as well as your personal data related to the CPF database.
- In the footer of the App will have 4 icons, namely:
– The first screen containing the last 3 movements of your last contract and personal data.
– In the second icon, it shows the details of your links, containing sensitive data, in this tab you will need to answer a questionnaire about your working life, such questions for security purposes, to make sure that no other person can access your more personal data. - Next, when touching the highlighted icon, if the screen below is shown, you will go to a questionnaire about your working life, touch continue
- If you get at least two questions wrong out of the 5 presented, you can try again after 24 hours or issue via internet banking, from CEF or BB banks, if you have an account with one of them.
- If everything goes well, you will be redirected to the app again. By touching the highlighted icon, you will have detailed access to your provided links.
- Within the details of the contract, if you find any discrepancies, you can indicate them by touching the same icon.
- You will be able to check every item in your bond.
- The next icon refers to the export of your CTPS in PDF format, on this tab you can send one of your CTPS's to anyone else, as proof of your professional experience, as well as save them in PDF, on media if you wish, by email, and you can also print.
- In this same tab, you will be able to export your entire CTPS, or just parts of it, tap on the options you want to share, and then on share.
- In the last tab, it refers to your “privacy policy”, “frequently asked questions”, “application evaluation” and the option to “exit”.
