Before downloading the application, it is important to note that only those who issued the document after March 2017 have access to the application.

This happens because documents issued after that date contain a QR Code on the back.

If your document does not have this code, you must request a duplicate. 

In this way, the new document will come with the requested QR Code and you will be able to access the app without any problem.

Before proceeding with downloading the application, it is necessary to access the Federal Government website and register. If your CNH already has the QR Code, you can also download the app by scanning it. Activation must be carried out and then click on the option “Add your CNH” and finally, choose how you will authenticate. Only after authentication, you can prove that the document is yours.
